[When it's still morning but not too early, Claire knock's on the door of Fergus' room. It was probably Jon Snow's, at one time, but she pushes that memory away. He's gone.]

Fergus? Are you up?

[claudel]

[ Fergus has just woken up not long before Claire is knocking. He opens the door in his shirt sleeves, shoeless but otherwise dressed, and smiles. ]

Is something the matter?

Does something have to be the matter?

[She smiles back, leaning against the door frame. There's no immediate crisis. For once.]

[claudel]

No. I suppose it does not.

[ He cracks a smile, but she can't blame him for assuming. Why else would she be asking if he was awake?? ]

Do you want to come in?

I just wanted to spend some time with you.

[Now that she has it. She's apparently making the rounds. Which means she will take him up on his invitation, stepping into the room.]
